Beautiful carpet! Great Quality. Appears to be well made. Shorter nap that will hold up well under heavier traffic yet soft underfoot. The colors and pattern are subtle, not flashy and will go well in my Late Victorian dining area.

I was apprehensive about buying a rug on line but I am a convert- the colors are accurate (although I wouldn't describe this one as Navy blue, there are other colors prominent), the rug is soft, and with the pad, it is exactly what I need for my hallway.

Believe it or not I own this rug in two colors/sizes. The first one I have had for about five years; the second just arrived a few days ago. It is a beautiful rug, with the irregularities in the ground color making it look more like a traditional hand-knotted rug. The five year old rug is still in perfect condition; I had to put some books down on the new one to get some wrinkles out of the new one. I own several real hand-knotted oriental rugs, and this machine made one looks and feels remarkably similar.

This rug is definitely better quality than the machine washable ‘mats’ that are being passed off as rugs and it isn’t ‘stamped’ or printed on color. I would absolutely recommend this over any of those -this is a very nice rug, soft with decent pile and seems durable (just received it however). I will say it does not match the color showing it is on my screen -it looks green, but is a very nice neutral, tannish-brown. There is a photo closeup of a corner section that shows the accurate color.
