Very beautiful rug, but the decorative fringe really makes it look like an unfinished rug, so I returned it

There are 2 issues that brought the rating down. Description failed to mention that the rug has fringe on two sides, and photos did capture the fringe. Second the rug came folded and required to be back rolled (both directions) for several days to get the rug to lay flat. Other than that the rug is of good quality and colors that look great in our dining room.

Exactly what I was looking for! After days and countless hours on Amazon, target, Walmart, Costco and many more, I finally found the one! It’s double hard these days finding a good rug that you actually like the design of, but now you have to make sure it’s not a flimsy washable one. This rug from rugs.com checks all the boxes, in fact there were multiple rugs I fell in love with on the site 10/10!

Why would I provide a review when I have placed the rug in the hands of the postal system. Why don’t you keep up with your clients!!! I spoke with your supervisor Meredith and told her how disappointed I was once I opened the rug. Your add described the rug as navy, I’m an artist and your idea of navy is definitely not navy but positively grey! Yes, your photo is most deceiving and most unbelievably not navy !!! When and if you do get a rug with navy I would be thrilled to receive one. With the added trouble of having to package and return the rug I can assure you that 20% doesn’t cover my disappointment and energy put into your rug. You should remember I’m your client or I should say I was your client!

I love the pattern. It ties my couch and drapes together nicely. However, the blue is not navy whatsoever. It’s more of a gray blue with some darker blues interspersed. And there is a stark white fringe on the ends which does not look great against the carpet colors (or my floors). If it had been cream or beige like the carpet pattern it would have been fine. I’d honestly love to cut it off but obviously can. I did not see this in the photo as they have it against a white background. No idea why they’d choose such a contrasting color when the rug colors themselves are anything but white. That’s the only reason for the 3 stars.

This is a BEST purchase for sure! The picture doesn't do the finished product justice. A great value on top of its look.

This rug pictured online was beautiful. What I especially loved about. It was the bright bold gold colors. I was so disappointed when I unenrolled it, and the gold was not gold. I would describe it as being more of a medium to medium dark tan. It was too dark to fit my color scheme. I have seen several other rugs that I will try. Hopefully they will be more true to color.
