The perfect rug at an amazing price!
I bought the rug too large. I needed to return it, and the process was very easy. However, after much debate, I decided I will keep the rug even if it is not the size I was wanting. I just love how easy they make it to actually return it if it I decide to. The process also made sure I was completely satisfied with things. I really look forward to buying another rug or two... maybe three or four depending! When I move out, even if my rug is too large, I don't mind! I will make it fit! It's too beautiful to return!

Very inexpensive Area Rug - Don't expect too much
We picked up this rug in 9x12 plus the upgraded pad for ~$300. Pretty cheap overall. The color is a bit more muted than in the pics but it looks fine. As others have pointed out, this rug will not flatten out over time and become smooth. It's still very lumpy and ripply after a couple of months on our floor. It's very difficult to vacuum and we need to be careful so we don't trip on it daily. So yes, it is very cheap for sure but hardly worth it.

Off Gas Chemicals
Off gassing was the deciding factor against this rug. It was so pretty and I wanted it for my daughters nursery, but the smell was too powerful to get over.

Nice looking rug! The gray was exactly what I thought it would be. I had to return it for a bigger size though. The 7'10 x 10 was less than that on both ends, and just not big enough for the area. Great service and easy to return!

The color was spot on and like the photos. I’ve let it sit for about 2 days now and there are still a bit of wrinkles. hoping it will fix itself, I haven’t had a rug from rugs that didn’t work out.

Nice but creases are difficult
The rug looks great in the room. A little thinner than I expected, but looks nice. My only complaint is it’s a 9x12 and came folded. I’m sure it was folded in its plastic shrink wrap in the warehouse a while. It’s been on the floor for a week and still lots of lumps and deep fold creases. Hoping it relaxes soon!

Exactly as described; great quality for the price (esp since I have a puppy). Clean ups are a breeze on this and I'm happy my dog can safely jump on and off the couch without slipping on the hardwood floors. Decor is simple and modern; love it!

Recommend for Dark Hallway
Great hallway runner to brighten up the space. The medium pile height combined with the rug pad makes it comfortable but still easy to clean as we have pets and it is a heavy trafficked area

Love this carpet! The reason why it only got four stars is because the carpet came folded instead of rolled. When a carpet is rolled, it lays down nice and flat immediately. Took a little bit of time for this carpet to flatten out because it was folded. I do understand the reason for folding it, because of the size and shipping. All in all, i’m sure I’ll enjoy the carpet for a long time to come.
