Entirely different rug than pictured
The rug is much more blue in person and barely contains any of the gold or brown hues pictured. Unrolled it and was thoroughly disappointed that the colors don’t match my room, AT ALL. I thought this rug would be nice pops of nlie, but the entire rug is blue practically.

A perfectly matched runner
This was a runner to match the larger room rug. The pictures online had different tints in the colors so I was concerned about their matching, They were just perfect. The rugs are soft but not with pile or loft so they are great on the hardwood floors. Every rug I have purchased from this place has pleased me.

Very pleased with the quality
I've ordered multiple rugs from rugs.com and have never been disappointed. This is a great quality rug, colors are muted not bright, which is what I was looking for, and it came rolled, not folded, which meant no wrinkles to work out.

Great rug. The colors were spot on, it came packaged compactly, and seems very high quality. Definitely make sure you order a rug pad to go underneath it to keep it in place and provide additional cushioning when putting the rug on a hard surface. Would definitely purchase this again.

Great Rug but Misleading Specifications
The rug looks great and seems to be built nicely. However, the label printed on the bottom of the rug mentions a pile height of 8mm which is <1/3" whereas the product details section on the website suggests a pile height of 1/2". Keep that in mind if plushness is important to you.

Beautiful rug, but...
I really like the rug and the pad, but I was disappointed the the tan color in the rug was not a deeper color, closer to a gold color, like the pictures show. If rugs.com could send out swatches of the rug for a minimal price, it would help customers decide whether or not to buy a particular rug. Otherwise, I'm happy with the rug.
