Unstable Unicorns Card Game

Bought this to play Christmas Day. Even YouTube videos didn't help us understand the rules and I don't want to create "house rules" or "wing it." My 12-year-old daughter loved the baby unicorn cards but then quickly left the table when we tried to play this. Do not recommend.

This game was easier to teach to a few 8 year olds than to adults that were overthinking it. For the most part, you follow the directions on your cards and your cards change the game. The cards have cute photos and great flavor text. It can get ruthless depending on who you are playing with.

A fun new game that is easy to learn and keeps you on your toes.

Purchased this game as a gift and it's so fun! Love the price point too.

This game will have you laughing and strategizing, 2 qualities I value in a game! Get it and you will find out that Unicorns are your new besties!

My family and I have played this game more times than I can count! It is quick and allows competitive family fun! We love this game so much!

There’s a lot of people claiming to not understand this game even though they possess a college education…now I won’t get into the particulars of how that’s not a very helpful statement considering the education system in the USA but I will say that by the end of one game my 7 year old was able to grasp the how tos as were the rest of our family and we had a BLAST. Sure we had to reference the rules and kind of question what the heck was going on those first few rounds but once you get it and you have that aha moment it’s ON..play that neigh card, destroy, sacrifice, strategize but don’t you dare touch my baby. You can do this. I promise it’s worth it. Don’t overthink it..go ahead and wing it if you aren’t sure..just HAVE FUN!

Love this game. Complex when you begin but as you get going it flows better! My 3rd grader loves this game

This game is terrible. My (college educated) family wasted an hour of our Christmas watching YouTube videos trying to figure out how to play it only to give up in utter frustration.

This game is hella fun to play. Me, my friends and family had a blast playing it that we decided to order the expansion packs online. Instructions are not confusing tbh.

Extremely fun game! A friend introduced this game and I went out and bought it afterwards. Easy to understand and adorable artwork.

The game was pretty fun once we figured it out but the instructions weren’t so clear and it took us quite a while to figure out.

Buy this game if you’re on the fence! It’s the perfect quick game to play with just two people or 5 people. My boyfriend and I love taking this to play at our local brewery

Took a few rounds to get the hang of it, and a few cards we felt were open to interpretation. The rules were pretty clear (minus a couple cards). Once we got the hang of it, we got pretty intense. This is not a game for everyone- it requires a little thought and strategy. The concept is really quite dumb, but kinda genius at the same time. I recommend this game to people that have a little patience (to learn the game).

Our family loves this game. It was a bit confusing to figure out and you do have to clarify rules (or make definitive house rules) for some of the cards but once you figure it out it’s a blast. We are all so competitive it gets vicious. Haha Oh and there are expansion packs available

Horrible game. Hard to understand. With 8 people with college degrees you’d think we could really figure out why so many people love it. Nope. Wasted an hour of our lives
