Good-why the canola oil?
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The price was great for the amount of product received. Very easy to bake in the oven, it also offers the option of microwave or air fryer. They are very tasty. The only thing that will keep me from getting these in the future are two concerning ingredients that could be changed out: canola oil and "natural flavor." With everything we know about seed oils and whatever natural flavor really means, I would be way more inclined to buy if these two ingredients were not in the list.

Broccoli cheddar makes Veggies Great
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Busy parents with growing children need quick, healthy solutions for week day mornings. So, when I was introduced to the 'Veggies Made Great' Broccoli cheddar bites, I was intrigued. And really thankful to add one more item to my breakfast arsenal. With 4 grams of protein, each bite sized muffin is salty, savoury , flavourful and is a simple 100 calories. This and a glass of OJ is a great breakfast item and I am excited to see what Fall will hold for us.

Easy and tastes great.

The cheddar comes through without being overpowering, and the broccoli tastes fresh, not soggy or overly processed. The texture is soft but holds together well, and it doesn’t feel greasy or heavy. Overall, I’d definitely buy them again and keep them on hand for those days when I need something fast but still want to feel like I’m eating something real and nourishing.

Perfect for on the go eating
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. These are perfect for on the go. I just heated it up in the microwave for a minute, grabbed a napkin and walked out the door. It's an excellent source of protein and it kept me full enough to get through the morning slump at work. I love that it is made of veggies, it makes for a healthy pick me up.

Tasty!
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Super good! I did wish that they were from a frozen option, but the refrigerated aspect of it does make it taste a lot fresher. There's 22 packs with these, so you do eat two at a time. Or you just cook one at a time and just keep the other one in the package in the box. I also wish you got more than four per box but doesn't change the good taste of them.
