A: Hi there! Great question, no our Immunity Boost Wellness shots do not have any added sugar, only the natural sugars derived from the fruit ingredients. The ginger and turmeric gives it quite the kick!

Extremely strong—be careful!
I only drank half the shot because it was so spicy, and even that caused intense stomach pain. I actually passed out completely and woke up with wet shorts. I was expecting a simple vitamin C boost, but this is mostly concentrated ginger, lemon, and possibly cayenne—very harsh on an empty stomach. Warning: Do not take on an empty stomach. Start with a very small amount if you’re sensitive. This is way stronger than advertised, and I wouldn’t risk drinking a full shot.

Fantastic Ingredients, High Price Point
I love these shots! I would buy them every week if the price point were better. When I catch them on sale, I always grab a few. The ingredients are great, and they mix well with supplements too. Sure, you can make something similar yourself, but the grab‑and‑go convenience really gets me. I will say that Aldi offers a much better price point — I think theirs are around $1.98. Their selection isn’t as wide as this brand’s, but if you’re trying to save a few dollars, I’d choose the Aldi version over this one.
