[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised that it was charged and was fairly bright right out of the box. For a rechargeable item, the brightness of the light was good. I haven't tried to charge a phone with it yet, but this is a great feature.

This little lantern is pretty great, the ability to output can be life saving. So could the S.O.S. feature which I greatly appreciate. It is built pretty solid overall, but the clip leaves a lot to be desired and that is an important piece. I quite like it.

I enjoy being able to have such a strong light while checking out issues with my truck at night. It is light , but strong. It is very useful as a backup phone charger in case of emergency as well. I can put it in a bag or backpack and hang it on the back of my wheelchair and use it as needed. Very happy with it in general.
