People need to download the free app "Yuka" before purchasing this item. When scanned Yuka will tell you that there is a harmfull chemical "Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids" increases the risk of developing cancers and cardiovasular disease among other health issues. Wester Bagel also black labels for Great Value and Trader Joes. I addressed this issue with them on 1/15/25 who stated that all harmfull chemicals will be removed by 1/1/26, but they are still there. No more Western Bagels for me and my loved ones.

I have purchased these bagels for years and unfortunately just discovered that they changed the ingredient list several months ago- these bagels now contain sesame, which I am extremely allergic to.
