It may have to do with the shipping method (in a large box with no protection), but the logs look very cheap and poor quality. They are very messy and a lot of the outer layer has already peeled off.

I love these birch logs, they are generous in size and long enough to peek over the wire basket on my fireplace. I ordered 4 bundles but I only needed 3 bundles to fill two wire baskets. They bring even more warmth and coziness to my family room!

The logs are nice quality. I ordered two bundles of 3 and one bundle ended up being all 1 1/2” logs and the other was 2” - 2 1/2”. I had assumed each bundle would be mixed sizes so would have been disappointed if I only ordered one, particularly if they were all the small logs.
