Bad for wrist and elblow.

This is not a good arm friendly racket. The strings are tight, which will cause elbow and wrist pain. The upside is that it looks good but that's where it ends. You can do better spending 150 dollars for a qularity racket at tennis warehouse or midwest tennis.
