The Winco BSSB-15 Slotted Stainless Steel Basting Spoon with Bakelite Handle 15" is great for serving meat and chicken. Designed with slots on its wide stainless steel surface, it can easily facilitate fast and efficient drainage of excess liquids. In addition, it has a heat-resistant Bakelite handle that is comfortable to use over long cooking periods while also limiting hand fatigue. Crafted from 1.2mm thick stainless steel, this spoon will not bend over time and can be easily stored with its built-in notch.
