Description

Set up a comfortable, airy home for your fur baby with the Wire Collapsible Crate from Boots & Barkley™. Featuring an open, fence-style design that lets you easily see your pooch, this crate has a metal frame that is easy to set up, and it folds flat for easy storage when not in use. The plastic floor tray is easy to clean if they happen to have any accidents, and the latched door ensures they stay where they're supposed to be. Also includes a divider panel. Just insert the divider panel with the hooks facing the back of the crate. Attach the hooks to the vertical wire on each side. Ensure the divider panel is straight and allows the puppy room to enter the crate, turn around and lie down. Adjust as the puppy grows. Toss in their favorite squeaky toy and blanket to create a space they'll feel safe in.

  • A: The crate is not designed to move which side has the smaller door. I imagine a confident "DIY-er" could attempt hacking this, but that would be an undertaking. Or you could rotate the crate 180°!

Good crate — most complaints are user error

This is a sturdy, well-priced crate that works as intended if you size it correctly and use it appropriately. Measure your pet’s length and height — weight alone is meaningless for crate sizing. If your dog destroys the crate or escapes, that’s a training or anxiety issue, not a product defect. The only real downside is that collapsing it takes more hand strength and awkward leverage than expected, which could be difficult for people with grip or joint issues.
