Description
The Worx Bladerunner Portable Tabletop Saw is really a table saw that you can take anywhere. Most table saws are enormous and can take up an entire dedicated table in your workshop—and forget taking them out of the workshop and to the job site. But the Bladerunner is made to give you the power of a much larger saw in a form-factor that makes it much more flexible.
The rack and pinion fence system enables smooth and accurate cuts. And despite its smaller footprint (15-3/4in x 17in), the Bladerunner easily handles larger shelving and trim materials. It’s the ultimate DIY machine because you can take it anywhere around the house, so flooring, cabinets, racks, and railing projects are all accomplished much easier.
Plus, it’s simple to use. This design allows you to keep both hands free, so you can fully adjust the material as you need to. The quick, tool-free blade change system is compatible with any 4in t-shank jigsaw blade. And the base provides on-board storage for its miter gauge, rip fence, and blades. With a stroke length of ¾in and a no-load speed of 3000/min you’ll have more than enough capacity and power to tackle jobs both big and small. Stop bringing projects to your table saw and start bring the Bladerunner to your projects.

Nice hobby saw. Works nice on small items. Saved time over using a jig saw. Works great on cutting out letters for my wifes craft projects

I’m on my second one of these saws, I literally wore the bearings on the first one I used it so much. I install vinyl and wood laminate flooring and is great for using right on the floor where I’m working. The only gripe I have with it is not being able to use the entire cutting edge of the blades as it only cuts on about 1/2” of the blade. Maybe on a future model you could make the blade adjustable up and down to use up more of the blades cutting edge. Similar to they adjustment crank on a table saw. Those blades are expensive and it would be nice to use up more of the cutting edge.
Worx (see what I did there) great!

I bought this saw to complete the trim in my kitchen and couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait for more projects around the house to give me an excuse to use it. The only complaint is if your cutting a long board you will need to use something to stabilize the saw. It’s light weight which is great for mobility but not as great for stability

Not a real table saw

Not a real table saw, the blade is really a jig saw under a table. Works OK for larger pieces of materials. Smaller pieces bounce too much so the cut may not be a reliable as a table saw. I have no space for a tablet saw so this is the 2nd choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and everything bounced everywhere. it’s impossible to get a good cut. the arm wouldn’t stay aligned with anything. It’s a good concept, but in reality it seems like it’s supposed to be a better jig saw and it really is not. stick with a typical jig saw, unless you have an accessibility need to have it this way, i don’t see a benefit to this over a regular jig saw. thanks for attending my ted talk, but this thing really was disappointing for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, it has a fence and a miter gage, but accurate rip cuts and exact angles are NOT in this tool's repertoire. Expect to be more-or-less where you need to be.

I have a small wood carving workshop & wanted a versatile solution to some cutting problems I’d been having. This little powerhouse uses the same blades as my jigsaw, but can function similarly to a bandsaw … for a fraction of the price, upkeeps, & size. I’m loving it & its proven it’s worth in just a few weeks time.
