Book Synopsis
A working women's guide to a successful life You're trying to be all things to all people, juggling work overload with multiple caring responsibilities - but the one person you're not looking after is you. At work, you're banging your head against the glass ceiling or facing redundancy or simply feeling stuck in a rut and bored. Maybe your marriage is fraying at the edges or close friendships are dissolving. On top of it all come the brain fog and mood swings of menopause. It's overwhelming and you feel it can't go on - and it doesn't have to. Jenny Rogers has coached thousands of women through the complexities of midlife, empowering them to play to their strengths, let go of toxic relationships and habits, take responsibility for their own lives and stop worrying about what is beyond their control. Hers is a deceptively simple yet spectacularly effective no-nonsense approach that cuts through the buzzwords and passing trends to changes lives. Jenny has enabled the women she works with to find their unique voice and speak up, to gain that dream job or start their own business, to repair relationships and forge nurturing new ones ... to make their lives their own and show what they can really do. And now she will do that for you, too. For too long it's been all about other people - now it's all about you.
