I like the rubber protective cover that prevents damaging the floor if you accidentally drop them or bump them into something. The protective covering seems to muffle the sound when you do drop them on the floor. I like the hand grip as it fits nicely into my hand.

They are great for light workouts like yoga sculpt. I love the color as well, different than the same boring grey or black weights. The grip is long enough too where your hands don't keep hitting the ends when moving my hands in different directions.

I use them while power walking to get some extra arm exercise. They are easy to grip and not so heavy that I can't handle them. I like the design and look of them. The color is bright and attractive. My husband uses them as a range of motion aid. He is recovering from an injury and can't move around that much. These weights help him to exercise while sitting in his chair. They came packaged with bubble wrap around them to prevent damage to the dumbbell covering. They have a lined grip on the bar of the dumbbell so they don't slip out of your hands, especially if your hands are sweaty. They are a great color too. It is nice to have bright colors when working out! I would definitely recommend this product!

The bars are exactly the same size - an issue I had with the neoprene ones. When I outgrow my 11lb neoprene set I will buy another set of these.
