Autumn candles are most commonly sold in glass jars and ceramic containers.
Burn times vary by size and formulation — roughly 30 hours on the short end up to about 80 hours for some larger tumblers.
Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each lighting, keep the wax free of debris, allow wax to cool before handling, and spot-wipe or clean containers as needed.
Some do — for example, brushed silver-tone lids that protect the wax from dust. Other candles are sold in recyclable glass jars without lids. Lid inclusion and protective features vary by item.
Common wick materials shown include lead-free wicks (often cotton), natural-fiber wicks, and premium cotton wicks.
