monster hunter rise sunbreak

You must own the base Monster Hunter Rise game. Sunbreak content becomes accessible after you complete the 7-star Hub quest "Serpent Goddess of Thunder."

Sunbreak adds new monsters and locales, including major foes known as the Three Lords — Malzeno, Lunagaron, and Garangolm — and new areas such as the Elgado Outpost.

Sunbreak expands combat with more dynamic, three-dimensional hunting action and increases the Wirebug's usefulness. It also adds new abilities across all 14 weapon types to deepen combat options.

Sunbreak supports online multiplayer and, on some platforms/versions, local multiplayer. Supported multiplayer modes allow play for up to 4 players.

Layered armor is a cosmetic skin that changes your hunter's appearance. It does not affect stats or abilities.
