Each Modern Horizons 3 Play Booster contains 14 Magic cards plus one Token/Ad/Helper/Art card. The typical rarity mix is 1–5 cards of Rare or higher, 3–6 Uncommons, 5–9 Commons, and 0–1 Land. Each pack also includes one Traditional Foil.

A Bundle includes 9 Modern Horizons 3 Play Boosters, a Traditional Foil alt‑art promo card, 30 Land cards (15 foil and 15 nonfoil), a Spindown life counter, a card storage box, and 2 reference cards.
