Reusable water balloons typically use a dunk-to-fill design plus a self-sealing closure. Open the lid, submerge the balloon under water to let it fill, then close the lid — the hood or magnetic-style seal automatically seals the balloon for repeated use.
Piece counts vary by product: single-piece items, 4-piece packs, 9-piece sets, and 10-piece sets are all listed.
Dive tails and torpedo-style toys are designed to sink or glide underwater for dive-and-retrieve play, encouraging swim practice and underwater retrieval; some listings note these toys can glide up to about 20 feet.
Commonly included accessories are an air blower, ground stakes or spikes, a repair patch or repair kit, a water tube/pipe, a carry/storage bag, a manual/instructions, and inflatable play balls (basketball and/or soccer ball).
