Q: Does this pool have a plug to let the water out? If not, does step to have any hard cited pools with plugs?

  • A: Hello! The Play & Shade Pool does not have a drain plug because its basin sits flush with the ground. Water can be easily emptied by tilting the pool to pour it out. At this time, Step2 does not offer any hard‑sided kiddie pools with built‑in drain plugs. All of our hard plastic pool designs are meant to be tipped for drainage unless it is a raised play water table. I hope this helps as you plan for setup and cleanup of your pool.     We love our new Play

    We love our new Play & Shade Pool. It's just the right size for our grandchildren and they love the toys that it comes with. The only thing that we are disappointed with is that it has no plug to empty the water. The pool is small but still heavy to dump when it's full.

    She doesn't want to get out

    I got this for my grand daughter's first birthday, she absolutely loves it, she was bouncing and kicking in the water. The pool is well made and has activities to help stimulate her mind and work on her fine motor skills. The umbrella keeps the direct sun light off of her. All around a great product

    Super cute and my son has a blast in it!

    My 2 year old loves this pool! And I love that he is shaded and has so much fun in it! We didn’t add a ton of water because we just wanted him to be able to stay cool while we were having a yard sale. But my son was so happy to play with the cups and watching the water go through and spin the gear.
