rectangular labels

Rectangular labels commonly use permanent adhesive, removable self-adhesive, or general self-adhesive backing. Product listings will often specify whether the adhesive is permanent or removable.

Look for print-to-edge capability, printer-feed enhancements that reduce misalignment and jams, and pop-up edge technology that makes individual labels easier to lift and apply. These features improve print alignment and ease of use.

Shoppers use rectangular labels for product labeling (spice jars, soap, candles, skincare), mailing and address labels, organizing file folders, bins and boxes, classroom supplies, and general packaging or identification.

Standard mailing/address labels are typically about 1.0 in × 2.62 in and come on self-adhesive sheets. Labels intended for addressing usually note compatibility with common printer templates and reliable print-and-feed performance when formatted correctly.

Most rectangular labels are paper or label stock. Some eco-focused sheets use a hemp/recycled-paper blend (listed as 25% hemp fiber, 75% recycled paper), and one listing specifies PVC (polyvinyl chloride).

Available colors and finishes include plain white/matte labels, off-white speckled hemp-style finishes, and neon high-visibility colors such as orange, green, pink, and yellow.

Some rectangular labels use removable self-adhesive backing, while others use permanent adhesive. A few products use reusable clip-on designs with back hinges that can be handwritten on and clipped in place for repeated use.
