Theragun attachments are made from a variety of plastics and elastomers, including polyurethane, silicone (listed as silicon/silicone in sources), polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), and other plastic compounds.
The heated attachment offers three settings: 45°C (113°F), 50°C (122°F), and 55°C (131°F). The cold attachment also has three settings: 5°C (41°F), 10°C (50°F), and 15°C (59°F).
Attachments cover a range of intensities: Supersoft is ultra‑gentle; Dampener is gentle yet firm for low‑impact work; the Standard Ball provides medium impact; and the Wedge offers firmer, precision pressure for scraping or targeted pressure.
Product warnings include not using attachments if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or internal TENS unit. Consult a doctor before use if you have medical conditions, implanted metal devices, or are pregnant or nursing.
The Duo Adapter lets you mount two attachments on one device so you can use the same or mixed attachments together. It enables more than 30 possible combinations for a more personalized percussive therapy experience.
