How do I get my code?
For online orders, the code will be sent to the email associated with your account after the item ships or is picked up.
For in-store purchases, scan your Target Wallet at checkout, and the code will be sent to the email associated with your account after the transaction is complete. Allow 4-24 hours for the email to arrive.
How do I redeem my code?
- Go to Roblox Redeem page in your browser: www.roblox.com/redeem
- Log in to your Roblox account and enter the code
- Select the Redeem button
- Items redeemed will show in Avatar Inventory
Can I redeem more than one code?
Yes. If you purchase qualifying products that unlock different virtual items, you'll receive one code for each unique virtual item. Purchasing multiple products that unlock the same virtual item will not result in additional codes.
What if I buy more than one of the same item?
Guests can only receive 1 code per account per unique virtual item. You will only receive one code for that unique virtual item, even if you buy multiple units of the same product.
What if I do not receive my email with the code?
First, check that the email address on your account is correct and check your spam or junk folder. If the email is correct and you still do not receive the code, contact Guest Services. Visit https://www.target.com/help/contact-us to call or chat.
