After many pairs of boots from this company I decided to try something different with the Wallabe style. Good choice for quality, but not the best fit for comfort in my collection. Here's hoping this longer review will help. Online I often buy two different sizes of shoes and clothing at once because I find a return/refund is generally easier and faster than an exchange. This is especially true when sale stock threatens to be gone quickly for popular sizing, but also because I dislike not taking a planned purchase on vacation because "the exchange is in the mail" and the right size arrives the afternoon I left for a morning flight. Because of this I avoided the sizing issue as experienced by other reviewers. Yes, they run large, but the biggest rub (pun intended) for me was the strange shaping of the padded ankle collar around the rear upper top as it touches above your heel. It seemed the collar was too small for how far back my heel fit in the shoe bed and that really was uncomfortable on my Achilles tendon. It took a leather hammer to beat the collar stiffness into submission and still it doesn't allow enough room. Over time it will become softer with wear I suppose, but that means I'll need to mentally want to wear them. More likely they will get donated or gather dust.

Good quality, to be expected. They are not sized correctly, they run very large. Maybe a full size large. There's no way to tighten them, obviously. But they are comfortable and require a very brief break-in period.
