I’ve worn these for about three years and counting. Very quick to break in, worn year-round at work in the office and in the field. The leather and waterproofing have withstood it all and I’m only considering replacing them (with the same boot) because the soles are getting worn out. Fit is true to size and traction is good without causing stumbling.

My job forced me to buy boots. I've worn normal shoes for a long time. Working outside at least half of the day, these are very comfortable. Keep my feet dry, and are pretty flexible for a boot. No complaints here.

I live so far south in the state of Mississippi, that if I was any further south, I would be treading water! On every style of rock E outback shoes that is made with Gore-Tex! Gore tex, is one of my favorite materials Kevlar is my first favorite material. There is not a store within 150 miles each way of my town that sell Rocky boots the outback styles. If you take care of them properly, they will last forever and your feet never gets wet when you are wearing them near water! The best thing ever! I have more compliments from my shoes and I have for the last 25 years that I have worn them. You get what you pay for and Rocky is worth the extra money.

Bought these pull on boots to see if they would cure a problem I have been having with lace up boots. The lace ups were causing me to have a heat rash where I tie the top of the boot. Have wore the pull ons for a week and no rash around my ankles. Will by again

Absolutely OVER cheesy "hiking" boots built to look cool that won't stay tied and then fall apart, and heavy work boots with slippery soles that won't give to fit. These boots are well built, light-weight, provide great traction. Broke in within a few days; are now like wearing fluffy slippers except they have proven to be tough as heck and they keep the cheat grass out of my socks. Fabulous. Love.

Just bought them and they are very comfortable but the outer sole could use some attention, they need to be thicker. Will be great for the woods but I wouldn’t want to be on concrete floors in them all day.

I love these boots! I purchased them for light hiking and general use. I wasn't sure how they would fit so I purchased a 1/2 larger than I normally get for thicker socks. I really didn't need to get the larger size as the fit is true to size. Even with the larger size, these boots are super comfy for my WIDE feet. I'm big fan of top-siders and these boots are even more comfortable than my top-siders with the added bonus of a better/agressive tread, excellent footbed and shock absorption. I added Nikwax waterproofing for Gore-Tex to the leather and I've had no issues with rain/water. A truly comfortable Welly boot!

I HAVE A PAIR ROCKY THAT I BOTH THREE YEARS AGO AND STILL HAVE THEM .BUT THESE OUTBACK GORE-TEX WAS VERY DISAPOINTED ,THE QUALLITY IS NOT THERE AND THE CALF MESSUREMENT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE16 INCHS AND ALL IT HAD 12 INCHS ,I GAVE THEM TO MY SON .
Can’t go wrong with the Rocky Reputation.

I bought these boots about a month ago, and I’m happy that I did. I was looking for something that was a little higher than my low cut casual Gore-Tex boots. With all of the rain that we have been experiencing, and the snow to soon be on the way this was a great choice for keeping dry. I walk at least four miles daily in these boots at work. They are extremely comfortable, almost as if they are walking shoes instead of boots. They also give the appearance of a dress shoe as well. My secret is no one has really noticed that I have these awesome Gore-Tex Wellington Boots underneath my khakis. Be comfortable and dry, get yourself a pair!

I bought them a few weeks ago. I’ve worn them on the construction site every day. Comfortable and waterproof. I own two other versions of this boot, both lace ups. I ordered wides and the lace ups are wide as expected. These are not as wide but still wearable. Hopefully they will stretch with wear and as treatment softens the leather.

I need a new pair of boots for work and a friend of mine wears the Outback boots. I decided to order up a pair. These Rocky Outbacks have never made it to work. I wear these boots all the time when I’m not on the job site. I would say these are the most comfortable pair I have ever owned. Just give them about 2 weeks for break in.
