if I could give this purchase zero stars, I absolutely would. I purchased a NEW eugy c10 and what I received was a very clearly used product. we're talking dirt, and even a piece of someone's carpet still attached. Do NOT purchase this. honestly, I'm pretty much done buying any electronics from target online.

Not good.
Doesn't work as advertised. Seems blind and bumps into everything, often seems lost and constantly spinning in place. Gets stuck on the edges of rugs and often tangled, only works on 2g WiFi so regular home WiFi won't work will only connect to hotspot on phones. Not recommended

Repackaged Trash Disguised as New
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has left me so frustrated and disheartened. I ordered the Eufy C10 robot vacuum with genuine excitement. I had heard great things and was looking forward to the convenience and quality Eufy claims to deliver. Instead, what I received was blatantly a used product that was repackaged in a pristine box as if it were new. That’s not just disappointing; it feels intentionally deceptive. The moment I opened the box, it was obvious something was wrong. The components were not in new condition, and the vacuum itself showed clear signs of prior use. The most appalling part? They didn’t even bother to replace the filter bag (contents of which spilled on my floor). It was still filled with someone else’s dust, dirt, pet hair, dander, and debris. It was disgusting and completely unsanitary and frankly unacceptable for any company. Because I purchased this through a Target partner, resolving the issue is unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward return or exchange, I now have to jump through extra hoops to fix a problem that should never have happened in the first place. It’s frustrating, time-consuming, and avoidable if proper quality control and ethical fulfillment practices were in place. What’s most upsetting is that I was genuinely excited about this product. I still hope that the replacement - assuming I can get one without further hassle - actually reflects the quality that others have experienced. But this initial experience has completely shaken my confidence in both the company and their fulfillment process. At the very least, Eufy needs to take a hard look at how their products are being handled and ensure that customers are not being sent used, unsanitary items disguised as new. No customer should have to open a box and feel disgusted by what’s inside. As it stands, I’m not just disappointed, I’m deeply dissatisfied and wary of ever purchasing from this brand again.

Impressed
Impressive cleaner for our floors, navigation is good. We clear all obstacles off the floor areas and the app shows neat tracks where it’s vacuumed. Does everything that it is supposed to do, gets under my furniture, stays away from the programmed “no go zones” so avoiding the power cords and other ares I don’t want it to go. I’m very pleased with the product as I didn’t want mopping function.

Almost there, but not quite
Overall this unit works really well on hard floors. Carpets aren’t so great. Seems to get stuck on items it shouldn’t, such as a bed leg among many things. It’s also a little tricky to program and adjust. The design and software need tweaking to bring it up to a 5 star product.

Doing ok for the price
Mapping seems quite messy and vacuum power is surprisingly weak. I was aware that this vacuum is in the lower price range but considering it does not mop at all I was hoping that it would be a decent vacuum.
