Exploding Kittens Boba Blast

My sons loved playing this game with us for our family game night. They were obsessed with flinging the boba into the cups that they forgot about the game itself and had their own competition about who could get the most boba in their cup. Would definitely recommend this game for families with kids of any age!

I played this with my 8-year-old niece and we had the best time! I think this is probably useful for developing fine motor skills, but aside from that it was just fun.

Another hilarious game from the most creative game creators around. Even the instructions are funny! My boys and I love Boba and now we love the Boba game. Easy to learn and so much fun. Our biggest challenge, another great addition to our huge pile of EK games to choose from!

Omg this game is so much fun! It’s crazy, it’s entertaining, it’s challenging, and it goes by super fast so you can play it pretty much anytime. Also, the packaging is super well done and everything inside fits so perfectly. This is like if beer pong and quarters had babies and the babies were cute little boba chips. Now they just need to come out with an expansion pack that turns it into a drinking game! ;)

This is a really fun game for all ages! It's great because it doesn't require a lot of setup and you don't need to learn a lot of rules. It's just a fun, relaxing game that is a great way to spend time with friends and family. Two things we learned throughout play, is that you should really practice shooting the disks first! It is definitely harder than it looks! And just because one method works for you, it doesn't mean it will work for everyone. You will figure it out. Secondly, the disks will get marred as you play with them, so just expect you will have some scratches on them by the end. But battle scars make you more interesting!

This game got a mixed review from my family. One person really loves it. The rest of us felt like it was fun, but not a game we will be anxious to play again and again. Different than anything else that we have, though!

Family friendly and super fun for the young and young at heart. A little practice needed to start and then let the blast off begin! This game is simple to learn and keeps everyone entertained with different challenges per round. A sign of the times that Boba is here to stay!

Boba Blast was a lot of fun and is the perfect game for families! With simple rules, it's easy to get into, even for younger kids. The different challenges keep each round feeling fresh and give you something new to try. It's simple, fun, and doesn't get repetitive. This is one we would happily pull out for a family game night again and again!

This game is SO much fun - super easy to learn, easy to do, fun to play. The disks aren't hard to launch from the plastic launcher and the "bonus point cards" are a wonderful equalizer if someone is better at the coordination part of it than someone else. We loved that the person who got the least points one round actually won, or it's not enough to just score the most but deciding which cup you're going to shoot for, and the frenetic energy of everyone flicking their bobas at one time. It really was a great laugh. It was a welcome break from games where you need to figure out a word, or answer a question - a very nice change of pace that will have a welcome spot in your rotation for game nights.

I was hesitant about this game at first, as hand-eye coordination is not my strong suit. 😂 That being said, the boba flippers are easy to use and boba were soon flying across the table. We loved the challenge cards that make each round of play different than the one before. While I didn’t win a single round, it was still a lot of fun and will definitely be added to game nights! Highly recommended for players of all ages, and perfect for family game play.

Super cute game that’s reminiscent of games from my past (which you can definitely turn it into depending on your group). The mechanics are simple. And starting up a game doesn’t take much time or effort.

I played with my family. The instructions were very easy to understand and as always we had a lot of laughter playing the game. I was impressed with my son by the end of the game hahaIt is fun for all ages. Even though we had older kids playing, younger children could play easily.

Boba blast is super easy to learn and to do, a really fun tactile experience, but the discs are weirdly print to scratching and will start to get white lines almost immediately (feels like a scratch off). You can really get a groove going and hone in the aiming, which is what the challenge cards are for! The cards are fun but I would love to see an expansion with some more unique and challenging cards to up the ante even more. Boba!!!

Boba blast is a wonderfully simple and fun game, my only gripe is the boba discs were extremely easy to scratch. Oh also the pinky challenge card was annoying

Fun party game with hardly any instructions to remember. It feels like a cute version of beer pong, and has rules that change each round to keep it interesting. It’s worth picking up and playing with a small group

We absolutely loved Boba Blast! I played it with my 11-year-old son and my 17-year-old daughter, and it was a hit with both of them. We each quickly developed our own techniques for shooting the pieces into the cups, which made it even more competitive and fun!The challenge cards were one of our favorite parts because they kept changing things up and made every round a little different. We even experimented with playing on a hard surface and then moved to the carpet to make the shots more challenging.My 20-year-old son and his 21-year-old girlfriend also played and loved it! It’s definitely a game that works for a wide range of ages. There were lots of laughs, a little friendly competition, and plenty of “one more round!” moments.Boba Blast has been such a fun addition to our family game nights. It’s easy to learn, gets everyone involved, and is one of those games that both kids and adults genuinely enjoy. Definitely recommend!

Once you figure out how to flick the tokens this game is a ton of fun and a great party game. The challenge cards change things up enough to keep it interesting and keep the laughter rolling.

Boba Blast was a fun and competitive game that allows for high replay value because of the large variety of challenge cards. There was a learning curve on how to launch the boba disk and understanding of how far the cups should be placed, but the game was entertaining once we got the hang of it. Another great game in the Exploding Kittens ecosystem!Pros: High replay value, challenging but entertaining. How much fun could flipping discs into cups be? Well, it turns out quite a lot. We played with a group of of us four young adults, and two not so young adults, and we had a blast. That created a slight issue as detailed below.It's pretty quick to figure out what to do, and the bonus points make for a little bit of strategy. It was easier than we thought to flip the discs into the cup, and several times players were able to get all 10 discs in. However, the extra task cards often mean that you need a bit more skill, or else intentionally miss in order to score extra points.The rounds are quick, and the overall game is about 10 minutes or so with 5 of us.Only one criticism. There happened to be 6 of us in our group as I mentioned. There didn't seem to us to be any reason why this couldn't be for up to 6 players. We could see that any more than that would make it tricky around a table, but 5 was a little irritating. Otherwise, we absolutely loved it and everyone said "Five stars"!
