Exploding Kittens I Suck At Drawing

My 10 year old daughter saw this on the shelf and had to play it that night. My 12 year old daughter who hates every game except Uno saw it on the kitchen counter and said “I want to play that game!” And holy cow what an incredible time it was! We all cried laughing, played multiple rounds and they want to play again tonight! Super easy to learn and the girls thought it was fun to be allowed to say the word “suck”! Very much recommend for all generations!!

Unlike classic games where artistic skill is an advantage, here drawing terribly and chaotically is part of the fun.Laughter is guaranteed

Played as a couple and pretty fun and we started hot crushing some drawings but then struggled and then got better. There was a hidden extra game inside that was fun too. It was easy to draw and all the clues were fun and created some good discussions for a while we went into the Bermuda triangle of drawing where everything was just an explosion. Hoping to play with some friends at the next couples night.

As an illustrator, I thought I had the advantage... turns out blind drawing levels the playing field with hilarious results. The best part is how each person is frustrated that no one could guess... until they see the image they made LOL! The guessers have to get creative when the drawings become more disjointed as time runs out. It was a slow start to the game but then everyone eagerly jumped in. Definitely excited to play this game again. Even with 200 cards that have 2 prompts, I feel like every drawing will be so different the game will be new each time. (Images of nostrils, a mermaid, and milk)

We played this game with just 2 and with a group. And both ways everyone had a blast. Very easy to understandi instructions. At points it was hard to play within the alloted timer because everybody was laughing so hard at and with the person doing the drawing. Would definitely recommend this game. Also would like to see a NSFW expansion card set for this.

I love this game! It’s hilarious to see what you think you’re drawing vs what the actual masterpiece looks like (a hot mess). I brought it to our camp for our annual family reunion and it was an absolute hit! It was fun to play with a mixed group of kids and adults and you discover that the kids are way better at backwards drawing than 96% of the adults. It was very impressive, if I’m being, honest. And it was nice to play a game with the kids that the adults enjoyed just as much as they did (we’ve all had enough of Candyland for a while—especially the modern one).It’s equally as fun after the tiny humans go to bed. I don’t know if I’m supposed to say this, but it’s a super fun drinking game. You’d think everyone would get worse as they became more intoxicated, but some people weirdly got better. Maybe they were able to relax, laugh, and release their inner artistic genius?

Quick and easy, we were able to play with 6 people easily. Rules are very intuitive and it was very fun to play, even for persnickety players. The game went fast so you could play it more than once if you wanted.

My wife liked that the rules were simple and pointed out that you don't even need to keep score for it to be entertaining—you can easily make up your own variations. Her biggest surprise? "I was surprised at how many people did not suck at drawing!"We also introduced it to my in-laws, and within a few minutes everyone understood the rules. We played this with our family—two teenagers, an 11-year-old, Grandma, and me—and we laughed the entire time! It is so much harder to draw than you think, which is exactly what makes it so funny. Every round had us cracking up over everyone’s masterpieces (or complete disasters!).We’ve played Pictionary for years, and honestly, we had even more fun with this game. It’s easy to learn, keeps everyone involved, and is perfect for a mixed-age group.We had such a great time that we’re planning to buy a few extra copies to have out at my daughter’s graduation party so guests can jump in and play. If you’re looking for a game that gets everyone laughing, this is it!

This is the perfect twist on Pictionary. The best part is admiring your handiwork after you are the person drawing on the whiteboard. A great addition to game night!

I Suck at Drawing operates on pretty simple mechanics, but that helps the experience and interactions really shine. The pacing and scoring systems are both very satisfying, and the variety of cards keeps things exciting. Attached below are some photos from prompts we DID manage to guess, so you can imagine what the drawings that went unrecognized looked like. Really refreshing experience overall, highly recommended!(you know it’s a good game when your 13 and 19 yo kids willingly stop playing Fortnite to come play another round!)

The game is simple and incredibly easy to learn. It’s fairly fast paced, and has people laughing with how abstract their art ends up looking like. The adults enjoyed it as much as the kids, and I’d highly recommend this game to warm up for game night or as a game to use to transition between other games

This game is absolutely hilarious. We are crying laughing!! You might have one good drawing in a round but the rest are hilariously terrible! My husband is an actual artist and this is a picture of "thanksgiving." It's like a way more funny pictionary. The gold frame really adds the perfect touch too!

I've always big fan of the EK games for their unique and creative ideas, but I Suck At Drawing is a disappointment. This game plays almost exactly like Pictionary but with one twist - the artist can't look at the board. I see no reason to play this game again when the original's been around for over 40 years
