A: From below: A: To maintain your filter, we recommend cleaning the pre-filter (outer layer of the filter) using a soft brush or vacuum hose every 2-4 weeks. However, please do not use water or liquid to clean the filter, as trapped water particles may lead to mold growth or mildew odors. I love that you can incorporate aromatherapy while using this product. The lowest setting is very quiet. I thought the product was not even running at first. This air purifier has been great to have in our bedroom. We have two dogs, so we get lots of dust and hair. But I feel like this machine is helping. My husband says he feels less congested in the morning. It is pretty quiet, although, we don’t mind noise. We really enjoy the diffuser!

Never received but card charged!
So, I ordered these levoit core mini air purifiers in early November. Target has charged my card and kept the funds yet I have not received my purifiers. They haven’t even shipped. I will never trust Levoit. And target’s customer service is pretty nonexistent now. I chatted with a representative who was nasty to me. This is unacceptable. All of it. Don’t buy from target this holiday season they are thieves.

I bought this on Black Friday and decided to give it a try because my baby was constantly waking up with a stuffy nose. I love how it does not make any beeping sounds when you change the settings, and the light turns off rather quickly. My kids enjoy the night light setting. It’s also whisper quiet unless you use the highest setting. Overall I really like this unit so far and I purchased one for each bedroom.

The only solution to pet odor!
