A: The NeverChange HEPA filter in this air purifier model does not need to be washed or replaced frequently like traditional filters. To maintain the filter’s performance, you only need to check and clean the two mesh dust filters when prompted. When the dust filter maintenance alert appears, remove the mesh dust filters and clean them using a vacuum with a soft brush attachment or by rinsing them with room temperature water. Make sure the filters are fully dry before reinserting them. Do not wash or immerse the HEPA filter, as it is not washable.
