very messy to refill. not looking forward to doing it daily. i spilled some water when putting liqiud filled top onto base. enough i felt i needed to put a towel under it. i do feel a bit less of a dry cough going though after one night of use…hope continues to improve as this is my purpose for buying. there is also an unanticipated dampness on my rug and floor near product.

Worked great for less than 3 months, even with keeping up with the cleaning, it decided to kick the bucket. Not amused for a 50 dollar humidifier and of course it died just past the return date.

I just bought this and followed the set up instructions. The amber power light would not go off/switch to blue. I unplugged, replugged, emptied the tank, and went back through the directions for it to still only show the amber power light. Tried maneuvering it all different ways. Nothing. I needed this quick so didn’t read reviews and am regretting that now. Will return and do more research!
