Works well and I love that it holds a full gallon of water. Buuut…if you’re sensitive to light and sound when you sleep (and if this is going in a bedroom) be aware that the control panel (which only works when it wants to…) is super bright and if it’s turned up higher than the lowest setting you hear it bubbling all night. The older model was much better but it’s impossible to find now…

This unit has been nothing but trouble X 3. The electronics on the first unit did not work. Was difficult to turn on, and light was very bright. Returned for a 2nd unit. That one turned on and off, but stopped making vapor while the machine kept running. Foolishly tried a 3rd unit. It was same as the 2nd. Randomly stopped working while motor ran. Unit got very hot over night. I don't trust this unit to be plugged in over night.

Exceeded my expectations. If you’re not sure, just do it. Buy this particular humidifier and save yourself some money just like I did. I can’t believe I was about to throw $120 then $80 on two other humidifier. It has a huge water reservoir and the option to put the Vicks capsules is a plus. My house is cold and extremely dry. My nose is often dry and it bleeds because their is no moisture. So this saved my nose lol. No regrets and I feel it deserves 5/5 stars.

Upon reading reviews, I was reluctant to purchase this humidifier, but I needed one right away and so I took the chance on it. I’m so glad I ignored the reviews because I absolutely love this humidifier. The concerns in the reviews were often times about the buttons, but they are not an issue. They are simply modern-day buttons that you press lightly. They work as they are designed to work. I am very happy with this purchase. The mist is great, and the sound is peaceful.

Large capacity, very quiet operation and has a large fill hole so you can keep it clean easily. Some reviews here make note of issues with the buttons… if you try to actually press the button it won’t work. All it needs is a gentle tap to work.

Does the job as advertised, but the up and down buttons are touch screen and mostly unresponsive if you want change the amount of mist quickly.

Worked great for the first month. Leaked terribly now!! Everytime I have to refill water leaks everywhere from it leaking out under the water reservoir also causing mold to grow from the sitting water

I like that it’s tall and can hold a lot of water. I do not like the controls. They barely work and are very difficult to control. The light is also super bright & cannot be turned off or down.

Our toddler was hit with Covid and RSV simultaneously. We’ve used cool mist humidifiers in the past with mixed feelings. However, this one made our room pretty humid when we began using it on the four bubble setting. We had to lower down to two for optimal humidity. It works really well for our medium sized toddler room. The touch buttons to move up and down in settings are a bit annoying to use because you kind of have to touch and then slide your finger on the arrow button. But I didn’t mind given how well it creates humidity in our room when everyone was sick in the family and in need of some congestion relief.

I like that you can control the intensity and direction of the vapor. I also like the option of adding in the scented VapoPads (they're sold separately). The machine is fairly quiet too. This really helped me when I was sick! The buttons definitely have a sweet spot - I try to press gently and don't have too much of a problem.

It functions well, but you cannot fully turn off the lights which makes it hard to have in a child’s room. The buttons are also not easy to press.

Great product! Perfect size. The ability to add the (lavender) Vapo-pads is awesome! I sleep so much better with it.

Had it for ONE day and it stopped working. Returning. Invest in a nicer one. I ignored the reviews and am paying the price. Also the buttons suck.

The button press down area is not very responsive. So the machine is stuck on highest setting. Not a problem for the winter as my apartment very dry due to the air curtain heating. The machine itself does an excellent job for the money! I know longer feel like I’m constantly drying out in my apartment.

Does not stay on, no matter what setting we select. It only stays on for 10-12 minutes, and then it shuts off. I can turn it immediately back on, set at any mist level, and it will eventually turn back off in less than 15 minutes. Will be returning.

So at first I didn't like this thing. I see others are having trouble with the touch controls. They're annoying, but I figured out a way to make them work better. If trying to turn it up, SWIPE up, don't just touch it. Same for if you want to turn it down, SWIPE down. Idk if this is how you're supposed to do it, if it is they need to make that known in the instructions. That's really my knly problem with it. It's aesthetically pleasing. The tank is a frosted white instead of see-through blue, so you can still see the water level. I prefer this shape over the old shape. It's slimmer and taller, taking up less, but still holds over a gallon of water. It does have a soft hum, but it's more quiet than the old model. Some are saying the trickling water sound is loud. I find it very quiet. Overall, other than the touch controls being annoying, I like this humidifier.

Had it for 2 days and the mist isn't coming out anymore, even though I can hear it running. I liked how quickly it started up compared to a warm mist humidifier, and I liked the different settings, but everything the bad reviews say is true- loud trickling water sound on higher settings, horrible buttons, and it just breaks. Returning.
