Sauna Steamer
I use these tabs on my portable sauna steamer. One tab does the trick, and I enjoy my sauna sessions when I use these tabs. My only complaint is the price: around $2.60+ per tab. There are tons of other shower steamers on Amazon at a “cheaper price,” but it’s not the same.

They smell amazing for a few minutes. They don’t leave residue. We buy them for our son, but skip them for us when sick because a warm shower clears congestion itself minus the super expensive tablets. If the price was more reasonable, or they were 10 for this price, we would buy them more. These are an occasional treat only. I can’t believe there are only five for almost $15. Crazy!

Effective congestion relief
Like: nice smell. The bathroom still smells pleasantly of it a couple hours later. It helped my child when she had chest congestion. I closed the drain, turned the shower on hot, and placed them near it. It smells good. Dislike: you have to use scissors to open it. You cannot use it in the bath.

Cost too much, performance too low.
These "steamers" are way overpriced. Priced increased over 50%. Not only are they overpriced, but they are not effective. They are almost completely gone two minutes into the shower. Additionally, there was no real vapor/ coolong sensation. If I could give it no stars, I would.

Worked well for me
I bought these recently while sick and congested. I wasn’t sure what to expect since reviews are hit or miss. They helped give me extra relief compared to a warm shower alone, so I plan to buy them again the next time I’m sick. They each lasted throughout my shower (10-15 min); just make sure not to put them directly in the water stream. I do think they’re pricey for the amount in the pack, but I feel that the boost they gave me was ultimately worth it.
