Misleading

The images and video give the appearance that the unit can be charged, and then put somewhere to operate without having to be plugged in to an outlet, with one image going as far as to show the unit on the middle of a table. In fact, none of the images show the unit plugged in. I just bought it, so now, I need to find an ideal spot to plug it in. Rating 2 stars for now, and will increase rating depending on how well it works.

This air purifier has been great to have in our bedroom. We have two dogs, so we get lots of dust and hair. But I feel like this machine is helping. My husband says he feels less congested in the morning. It is pretty quiet, although, we don’t mind noise. We really enjoy the diffuser!

Never received but card charged!

So, I ordered these levoit core mini air purifiers in early November. Target has charged my card and kept the funds yet I have not received my purifiers. They haven’t even shipped. I will never trust Levoit. And target’s customer service is pretty nonexistent now. I chatted with a representative who was nasty to me. This is unacceptable. All of it. Don’t buy from target this holiday season they are thieves.
