Misleading
The images and video give the appearance that the unit can be charged, and then put somewhere to operate without having to be plugged in to an outlet, with one image going as far as to show the unit on the middle of a table. In fact, none of the images show the unit plugged in. I just bought it, so now, I need to find an ideal spot to plug it in. Rating 2 stars for now, and will increase rating depending on how well it works.

I love having air purifiers in all rooms in my house and this one definitely fits the bill. I really like all the features and the convenient size. It has a night light and an aroma therapy scent pad. I've been putting lavender oil in their to go to sleep. I love the calming and quiet black noise. I can already tell a difference it's making in my bedroom.

It's easy to clean to use a new scent. I can barely hear when it's on the lightest setting and the heaviest song is pretty quiet too. The air was noticeably cleaner with use of the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Levoit Core Mini Air Purifier is a compact unit that's easy to place next to my bed or move to another room without any hassle, thanks to its small footprint. One of the standout features is how quietly it runs. At the lowest setting, it's virtually silent. On the medium setting, the fan noise is similar to a computer fan, creating a tolerable white noise. The highest setting, however, produces a distracting fan noise that I'd only use when I'm in another room. While my nose isn't sensitive enough to detect a noticeable improvement in air quality, the filter itself proves it's doing a good job cleaning the air. After a month of almost continuous use on the lowest and medium settings, the filter captured a significant amount of dust (see photo). I think the amount collected is appropriate for my small bedroom, suggesting it's effectively removing air pollutants without implying I need a much larger unit for the space. The night light is a feature I didn't find particularly useful. I understand it's not meant to be used as a lamp, but it's so subtle and points up because the light is located at the top of the unit, that it doesn't provide illumination where I need it. I prioritize air filtration when using it, so the unit ends up in a location where the night light just isn't needed. The Levoit Core Mini is a worthwhile purchase if you’re seeking a small, quiet air purifier for a bedroom or small space. However, I wouldn't rely on its night light feature for substantial illumination.

Freshens a room quickly and quietly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic little air purifier, perfect for 1 room. The option to use essential oils is great too. Setup was simple, it came fully assembled. Controls are easy and intuitive. For being a smaller air purifier, it seems to move a lot of air. I can tell a difference after 10-15 minutes. The nightlight is perfect, you can even adjust the brightness.
