I thought this was lactose free meaning that it wouldn't give us symptoms of lactose intolerance but this morning i had the same exact symptoms i would get if i drank regular milk but 10x worse the usual. It got to the point i wasn't able to go to school. It may not have lactose but it for sure has something that will act as it.

Lactaid is an amazing product for people like me that are lactose intolerant. It tastes just like regular milk but better and the ingredients are way better for you which is a huge plus. Everything down to the texture is top tier. Not to mention, even the packaging. I've always loved the carton rather than the plastic jugs. Plus it's nostalgic to me. So if you're lactose intolerant and want an alternative that doesn't end up with you on the toilet and tastes amazing, Lactaid has your back. This is an easy 5 star product.

Lactaid 2% is great! Taste and pours like regular milk, just keeps you from cramping and all the bad stuff that comes with regular milk. Great for lactose intolerance. Comes in a simple milk carton as well.

There’s nothing I love more in the morning than a huge bowl of cereal to start my day. As I’ve gotten older I’ve been having more and more issues with lactose that, unfortunately, has put a halt on my morning routine. That was until I found Lactaid 2% Milk. Not only can I now enjoy my morning (or late night) cereal, I can do so without rushing to the bathroom shortly after. Lactaid 2% has a smooth and silky texture I wouldn’t even know it wasn’t regular milk. What’s really great about this milk, other than the fact there is no lactose, is the fact that it doesn’t have that gross aftertaste that regular milk does. PLUS, Lactaid has ice cream products as well! If you have issues like I did, I would recommend Lactaid milk time and time again!

I have been drinking this for ten years now. We don’t have a lactose intolerance but don’t drink milk often enough to get the real stuff so having something with the longer shelf life is amazing. It tastes just like real milk, if not better
