The best milk hands down! Being lactose intolerant is like playing roulette because certain foods and drinks are hard to resist. Lactaid has made it possible to enjoy a bowl of cereal without the pain, bloating, and discomfort. The taste is by far the best tasting lactose free milk. The texture is nice and smooth and not watered down. You will not feel like you are missing out! The benefits of great taste with added calcium and fat free option make this product even better.

This is the 3rd time now I've received my items not in a bag and when it come to transporting items up stairs it becomes increasingly default when I did not ask for the items to not be bagged

My 5 year old son has a sensitive stomach to dairy, so he drinks lactaid milk and he loves it! I love that it has a longer shelf life than regular milk too. It is the same but better!

This is my go to milk. Still tastes like normal milk even though I’m lactose intolerant. Use it in coffee, cereal, smoothies, and oatmeal and no one suspects it’s not milk. Love!

I love fat free milk and I’m EXTREMELY lactose intolerant so this is a super alternative to regular milk! Basically everything is the same! The taste, viscosity and the color are all the same! Just no lactose!

Before dairy alternatives were widely available, the purple carton Lactaid was a staple in our home. We switched to 2% somewhat recently, which is also great. When there were so few options for lactose intolerant folks, it meant a lot to have Lactaid seamlessly fill in for milk. Now, it's great to have milk that subs into recipes perfectly. And something I didn't notice until later, the taste is slightly different from that of regular milk, so if I tasted something off, I was able to take a Lactaid tablet before my stomach got particularly upset. I'm just very grateful to Lactaid for being the first milk alternative in our area, and glad it's so easy to find everywhere today.
