  • A: Hi voda thanks for your question. The MDR-ZX110 doesn't have noise canceling function. While they can lessen the noise, it is not completely cancelled. It is best to use noise canceling headphones such as the WH1000XM4 or WH1000XM5. These models are also superb to use for traveling as they help cancel unwanted noises/sound. Hope this helps. Erin

    Perfect travel headphones!

    I purchased these specifically for long haul flights to connect to in flight entertainment (since they are corded) because the cheap freebie ear buds they give out never stay in my ears and are so uncomfortable. These are a great low cost alternative, had great sound quality and were comfortable for the entire 8.5 hours I wore them for on my last flight. They fold up super easily and don’t take up much space in your carry on bag. Def recommend!
