Dijon in name only
This has virtually none of the bite I expect from Dijon mustard. There’s no sharp nasal heat, sulfurous sting, or lingering pungency—just a mild, flattened mustard flavor. And “made with white wine” is not much of a selling point; wine is part of the traditional Dijon flavor profile, not a substitute for it. If you want an assertive Dijon with actual bite, look elsewhere.

Best Tasting Dijon
This is the best tasting Dijon Mustard I have had! I like it better than the "well known" brand and every other one I have tried. I do wish they still offered their organic Dijon. It had pretty much the same flavor as this one.

Better than Grey Poupon
We tried this instead of Grey Poupon and loved it. It is a it milder than Grey Poupon but thats what we liked. My husband was a chef in some big restaurants and he thought it was much better. Also, it is much cheaper and the expiration date seems to be longer than Grey Poupon.
