Q: What is the retinol percentage in the face oil? I do not see it listed anywhere on the packaging.

  • A: Someone asked the same question below. The palmers rep said less than 1% of retinol in this product. I read on other sites it’s between 0.4% and 0.9%. I believe this to be true.

Q: I’m confused as to when to use the skin therapy face oil, being the rule of thumb is retinoids at night and vitamin c in the morning. Should this be applied morning (with sunscreen) and night or just morning or just night? Want the full benefit.

    Fantastic product

    The cocoa butter formula "skin therapy oil" for the face is FANTASTIC I have a very sensitive mixed (dry and oily in the forhead) skin, a lot of skin products give me allergies but this products does as it says, feels light on the skin, my face looks clean and radiant, Im glad I tried it, I've had it for 2 years.

    Great affordable oil for the face

    Never tried a face oil before but I just got a gua sha stone and this came up as an affordable basic oil suggestion. It definitely meets my needs! Nothing amazing, but my skin feels nice and hydrated. No notes on the anti-aging yet as I've only used it about a week but I will continue to use this and will likely re-buy.

    Amazing product, but was replaced with olive oil before it was resold at my local Target. 

    This item has transformed my skin completely. I will continue to purchase it just not from Target. My shopper was amazing, but unfortunately this item was previously used and filled with olive oil and then returned. If the item/box isn’t sealed by the factory, I will not be purchasing it at target going forward..

    Best face oil, hands down! I’m 46, have never worn makeup, and have always been blessed with “normal” skin. However, these past few years, I’ve noticed my skin becoming drier and “older”. I’ve tried a few products, oils, acids, vitamins, ect…but I never really saw a difference in my face. I stumbled upon this after seeing it on your website. (I’ve used your shea butter and cocoa butter for a while now). I use the skin therapy cleansing oil, followed by the skin therapy oil, every morning and every night. The results are immediate! No dry skin, no lines from my face drying as it ages, Palmers took care of everything!!! My skin is healthy, vibrant and glowing. And the price??? Well, it’s unmatched. Palmer’s is the best kept secret in skincare hands down!

    Great find!

    I love how it makes my skin feel! I've been using it for a long time now and it definitely helps blend my skin, especially darker skin. I also really appreciate how it's helped my dark spots fade and that's really the main reason I had gotten it from the beginning.

    Causes breakouts

    Caused cystic acne . After just 2 uses. I am not the only one with this issue . Looks to be a lot of people with that, probably after using. At first, I had like one pop up, and then overnight, I had 4 cystic pimples come up, and they are big!

    Feels and smells divine

    Love how this product smells just like roses in a very natural way, not perfumey. And feels amazing on my skin, very nourishing and absorbs well. Cleared up a few breakouts that were happening and overall brightened my complexion. My skin is dry so I follow it up with a little bit of lotion.

    Holy grail!!!

    THIS IS A HOLY GRAIL PRODUCT!!!!!! I have dry and veryyyy sensitive skin and it works so well!!!!! It makes my skin plump and evened my skin tone so well. I can’t recommend this oil enough and im on my second bottle after 3 months. I use it morning and night and it helps my skin look more full even after working night shifts.

    absolutely a game changer in a good way

    Look, the scent is overwhelmingly soapy and fragrant. It’s brief in terms of the scent and I assume it because of the stellar ingredients. Do I love the smell of it — no. Do i LOVE the results - YES. I live in a very dry climate and this product is transformative. It’s completely healed some dryness issues i have and my skin texture is majorly improved. It’s cheap cheap cheap compared to many other products that tease these outcomes.
