Poor quality
Got this item for a Christmas present for my daughter. The doors do not line up correctly and one is a different color the screw to put the wheels on is not lined up so you can’t put them on. Very obvious there wasn’t anyone that reviewed the work that was put into this. Due to their poor work on this product, we had to explain to our daughter why Santa brought her a broken toy.

Great toy but a little bulky in design and was missing the door to the cargo on the bottom of the plane. I don't know if I can exchange it after opening.

Mine came with lots of stuff missing. The Propellers, the pillows and blankets and the pilot uniform. I got it for my niece as a bday gift. She loved it and was so unhappy with me when I had to take it away to return it

Broke after a few days of opening.
I bought this a while ago when it first came out and it was adorable! However, after a few days, the door would not close and the bottom compartment kept falling open. Great idea, but was a bit too expensive for it to break so soon.

Buy the house instead. Airplane not worth it
Try not to open in front of the children because they’ll love this toy, but you might not be as thrilled. It’s cheaply constructed, the pilot door doesn’t close well, the wings are difficult attach and it’s a bit heavy for a 3-4 year old to carry. The seats have problems “reclining.” The Woodzeez (tail feather family) do not at all fit or stay in the seats and the 2 blue side tables won’t stay clicked in (frustrating for a child). On a side note: spend your money on the house (that is very well made).

Great toy for imaginative play
We recently flew to Disneyland and my 4 year old daughter’s play since that time has included flying her dolls and figures to Disneyland. I came across this airplane and couldn’t resist buying it for her. She absolutely loves it and the little accessories that go along with it. The plane has above cabin storage as well as a compartment below making it super convenient to keep and store all of the small pieces. The seats are the right size for many of her dolls and figures including her LOL dolls. The one small thing that could be better for this toy is that the food storage area is not secure and well things shift during flight. Meaning food usually ends up all over the cabin. Having some type of door or other enclosure on the food area would make this the perfect toy, but it’s already pretty close to perfect now.

Nothing stays put.
My daughter likes it, but it is so frustrating how it won’t stay together. The back tails come out, the overhead compartments won’t stay closed, the trays pop off, and well...there is a constant trail of little tiny pieces to clean up. Nothing stays put! We have the cottage and some accessories and like those so much better!!
