    Heavy, sticky, pain to wash out

    Thought I would treat myself to a fancier brand…mistake!! I was using Monday and now using this for a while- it’s a pain to wash out of my scalp. I feel like it’s heavy and ends up looking greasy. So now my scalp is itchier and has less volume. I don’t mind the conditioner, but the shampoo is pretty bad even when I use way less product. Won’t purchase again!

    Devestating reformulation

    I am so saddened and confused by this reformulation. This seems to be a completely new product designed for an entirely different customer base. No more elastin, no more keratin, no more collagen, no more coconut oil. All of the ingredients I liked about this product were removed, yet the price is the same. I’ve been religiously using humectress products for a couple years with incredible results. At first I thought the packaging had just changed, but as soon as I rinsed my hair for the first time with this new version, I knew I’d need to find a new conditioner again. The difference is immediately noticeable, and not in a good way. The smoothness and hydration I used to get just isn’t there. My hair doesn’t even feel like my hair anymore. The texture is drier, more prone to tangling, and no where near as soft. I think I’m better off opting for Dove at this point (plus it’s half the price). It’s really unfortunate, though - I’d actually be willing to pay more for the old formula. I’m worried I’ll never find anything as good to replace it. This new one feels no different than any run-of-the-mill generic conditioner. It’s certainly not worth the money anymore. Really, I just want my old hair back :(

    Why change formula??:(

    Ummmmmm, where is the protein???? Both the shampoo and conditioner have all the protein removed? This has always been branded as a protein set?? For those people that don't want that you have tons of other options, I don't understand!!?? And No protein overload isn't a thing when it's mixed with butters and oils. (Eye roll for whoever started that trend)

    Extremely moisturizing & creamy.

    This product has an amazing smell, the consistency is so thick and creamy it moistures the hair extremely well. My hair felt smooth and shiny for a WEEK after first use! I have been using this product for 3 months now and I can 100% say the change in my hair is DRAMATICALLY noticeable and I have never received so many compliments until now!

    Made me break out

    I have used multiple nexxus products in my life, and have been a lover of the brand. Never did I expect this product to wreak such havoc on my life. This shampoo and conditioner made me break out so badly for weeks and weeks before I realized it was the shampoo/conditioner. It has left my skin damaged and textured. My sister also used this and it made her break out all along her hairline. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

    I love this conditioner!! It leaves my hair smelling to good and makes it really soft. I have colored hair and it works really well with it. It does leave my hair very moisturized for days.

    It’s very good for the hair

    Love this shampoo

    I've been using this shampoo for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! My hair is less dry and more smooth now compared to a year ago, and it somehow creates more volume after wash, plus it smells good too.

    My Go-To Daily Conditioner!

    This conditioner is my go-to for everyday use. As a blonde with fine hair that is regularly salon-highlighted and toned, I have tried countless conditioners and brands over the years. This is the only conditioner I’ve found that brings life back to my hair, leaving it feeling soft and looking healthy.     Hair loss

    I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for 6 months, I have lost so much hair. Decided to look up the reviews and tons of people saying the same thing. It also doesn't lather and made my dandruff worse, going in the trash !
