    Not good anymore

    They used to be high quality but now are made to break after only a few months. Don't bother replacing the battery, bc it was designed to break to force you to buy another one.

    Good but not reliable

    Had the same experience as others. This was my very first trimmer ever about five years ago, it lasted a few years and the battery life was excellent. When it came time to replace, they just didn’t last very long anymore. So wasteful to be throwing them out each time and it’s a shame because as a trimmer it is so good. I’m on like the fifth one and have to be switching out a battery with each use. Another detail that seems unlogical is the power button being uncovered now. It used to be completely covered by plastic and you didn’t have to worry about water dripping around it unlike now. You have to run the head under water to sort of pressure wash and it’s sort of a hassle to be careful with it.

    Awful only lasted 7 months and thats with minimal use.(maybe 1-2 a month) This is my second razor from them that failed/stopped working in a rather short time frame.

    razors are fine labeling on the box needs to be more clear

    is it just me or is it a little bit misleading that there's a huge five on the box I was thinking there were five replacement razors but the 5 is the number of blades on the razor. I do now see the picture of the four razors but the large size to me is misleading

    Newer model didn't last more than a month

    I had one of these for YEARS!! Felt it was finally time to replace it since the blades weren’t as sharp and unfortunately the new one didn’t last a month before dying. Thought it was the battery but even when it was changed it still didn’t work. Thankfully I am still in the return window and hope that a new one will work longer than two uses. Make sure, if you purchase this, to save the box for a while and check it regularly for operation.
