Best Gluten-Free Flour Alternative On The Market
These are my absolute favorite tortillas ever! I love flour tortillas but have a gluten sensitivity. These are the closest, if not better, to an actual flour tortilla. They are so soft and pliable, I taste little to no difference in flavor; and get none of the yucky bloating and cramps that come with gluten. Other gluten-free brands have a weird or crumbly texture and taste off, not these. Even if I wasn’t gluten sensitive I would still be eating these would I’ve known they taste the same if not better than flour tortillas. 10/10 Best gluten-free product I’ve had. Buy if you’re looking for a gluten-free alternative to flour tortillas!

Sooo good!
Being gluten free, things have come a long way, but tortilla wraps can be tough. These are my absolute favorite! They are little expensive but the taste is soo good! The rest of my family are not gluten free and they actually really enjoy these!!

The grossest texture! Like raw yeast dough.
These are horrid. I have no idea what the deal is with these but they stick to your teeth. Like if I shoved raw yeast dough into my mouth. I’ve tried them with 3 different meals to give them a fair shot. Nothing can save them. My family doesn’t like them either. So disgusting.

I love these. Maybe I’m weird, but I love the gooey texture. I’ve tried many GF tortillas. These are the only tortillas that taste good, aren’t dry, and don’t rip nearly as much as others. I wish there was more than 6 in the package.

La tortilla factory is better
Corn tortillas are already a great gluten free option for people who can can eat corn. So. WHY put so many corn products in *these* tortillas? It eliminates a whole market of people who have more than just gluten issues. Luckily, La tortilla factory has figured this out, and they make a delicious gluten-free tortilla that is also corn free. Unfortunately, I have to go to Safeway to get them.

Sticky GF Tortillas
The taste of the GF tortilla Is great. What is not great is that fact that they stick! The price is high for a count of 6. Once opened and refrigerated the tortillas stick and then rip. I maybe only get 5 full ones out of the 6. I have to cut parchment paper and add a piece between each tort to ensure no sticking. Mission, can you make a change to add separators?

GF shells
These are the best gluten-free tortilla shells I've ever eaten. I had a dinner party the other day and a few people were gluten free so I decided to make all the chicken enchiladas out of the gluten-free shells. No one, and I mean no one knew the difference. Everyone was very happy with the chicken enchiladas. No complaints. I can't wait to try the sweet potato ones and the spinach ones. Thank you mission for making these. I just wish they came in eight count.

Best tasting gluten-free tortilla
These warm up great, perfect thinness, great for wraps. The closest gluten-free alternative to Asian roti. We even take these with us when traveling. I do wish it was lower in calories, like the mission's carb balance tortillas.

Not cooked
These seem like they were not cooked all the way at the factory. They are gummy and stick together. They fall apart when you try to remove them fron the package. Tried calling Mission twice to report and no one answered both times. Been noticing same issue with other Mission Tortillas. Will no longer be purchasing this brand.
