My boyfriend liked it but this was so gross it tasted like when you get a tooth grinded at the dentist, just spend the few extra dollars for brand name

Not the Same
The taste is not comparable to the name brand. It tastes like they added sweeteners. Totally unnecessary. I squeeze a half of lemon juice into mine to balance it out. It’ll get me through the pack I already bought, but I will definitely go back to the name brand.

Some is caked and low quality, lack of orange.
A few of the pouches were caked, and the natural citrus flavor is very faint. I posted an image. would not try again.

Nope
If I could give it negative stars, I would. It tastes like vomit mixed with mold and stomach acid. Awful flavor. My stomach is queazy thinking about it. Never again. Stick with the name brand.

Buy the name brand
Tastes terrible—too sweet! Doesn’t fully dissolve and is incredibly foamy but not very fizzy. Difficult to drink. Will not buy again. Would not recommend.

Couldn't get past the bad scent...
I usually like the target brand version of things, but this one is a no go. I couldn't finish the glass of water I mixed this into do to the smell and flavor. The best way I can describe it is it's very similar to the smell of the dentist when they are drilling your teeth, it's like the smell of burning bone. Stick with the name brand of this item, this one wasn't worth the savings.

Bad flavor and gritty
Only bought this bc I couldn’t find the name brand emergen-c and it tastes so awful and never fully dissolved so has a gritty texture. It tastes like the flavored cleaner they use at the dentist 🥴

Clumpy like its old
I don’t like the taste of the name brand, but this is way worse. Multiple packets out of my new box are solid and clumpy and don’t dissolve. Definitely with I would have gotten name brand

Splurge and get the Emergen-C
In my opinion these did not taste comparable to Emergen-C and did not mix as well. This is one of those times that I would recommend the original brand over the store brand because it did not perform as well. It was okay though and not super gross or anything - I did finish the box.
