A: this depends on your preference. I prefer a soft, fudgy chewy cookie so I bake these for about 10-12 minutes, if you leave them in an additional few minutes they will get crunchy and a bit hard.

The texture is grainy and it has an aftertaste. I would love to see the brand reformulate the flavor and would be willing to try it again in the future. They taste like they are made out of clean ingredients but they also taste good. Sometimes healthier products taste bad but thankfully these cookies taste good. I wish more came in the packaging.

The dough baked up perfectly—soft in the center with just the right amount of chocolate chips throughout. Everyone thought it was homemade from scratch. I also used their puff pastry pie crust to make a blueberry pie, and it turned out beautifully flaky and golden. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i didn’t know i had to take a photo of the cookies until after i tried them! haha the photo included is the product i tried. i love these cookies. it’s weird because the raw dough seems a little bit dry, but once baked the cookies are definitely pretty oily. it makes for a chewy cookie with a crispy outside. hard to eat warm from the oven because they tend to fall apart. i don’t have any allergies, but the allergen free aspect of the cookies shouldn’t deter you. they’re very good, kind of pricey, but high quality.
