    We just love this product. It's made fresh from 100% gluten-free oats and enriched with calcium. It has amazing beta-glucans (big, scientific word for soluble fiber from oats), and is naturally low in saturated fat. When should you use it? Basically, we use natural enzymes to liquefy our oats, which enables us to create a really creamy product that retains a lot of the nutrition from the original oat (like protein, unsaturated fats, fibers, and carbs).     • A: The sugar is not added seprately. Instead the way that they process the oats breaks it down into an "oat sugar" which is why they have to classify it as an added sugar on the nutritional label.

    • A: Oatly’s Super Basic Oatmilk is a lighter drink that works well in cereal and smoothies, comparable in function to skim cow’s milk. It can foam. The Barista Edition Oatmilk is a creamier oatmilk specifically designed specifically for foaming and frothing in coffee, if you’d like to take a look at that option.

    Perfect consistency

    Long lasting Oatmilk!

The best part about it was that it was shelf stable and that we were able to keep it in the pantry for a long time before using it. It had a great consistency and was delicious too!

I have never had a shelf stable oat milk so I looking forward to trying it and seeing if it's something I would buy in the future. The result? It is. I would buy it again in the future. The taste was creamier than I thought it would be, which was a good surprise. Also, there was a subtle hint of oat and it went well either drunk by itself or with my morning coffee. The price point was high. In this economy, I would buy it again, but not all the time.

    Best oat milk I have found taste wise. Good in cereal, coffee and recipes that call for milk. Only dislike is that it’s getting to be way too expensive. May need to try drinking coffee black again.
