so dissappointed this spice was completely changed...
this used to be the most delicious and perfect seasoning i have ever had- mild, not salty- wonderful mushroom powder that was exceptional- and at an exemplary price— i just ordered 4 and THE REVIPE HAS COMPLETELY CHANGED- it is so insanely salty, has massive red pepper flakes, and no hint of mushroom- this is such a sad revelation to someone whose “happy place” is cooking, and knowing i will never regain that flavour just leaves me sad.

Turmeric Added To New Bottles.
I’m giving this 3 stars only because it changed, I used to love this but recently the bottles have been YELLOW POWDER and I know it’s not listed in the ingredients but it has turmeric in it !!!! I can’t believe it’s not listed in the ingredients! Smell it and tell me it’s not turmeric in that, also it stains like turmeric. The new one tastes like mustard powder. If you get this make sure it’s a light brown color and not a dark yellow brown. Everyone contact target and tell them to list their full ingredients or to bring back the original.

Make sure it's BROWN, not YELLOW
Quality control might be lacking. It is sometimes absolutely delicious and other times it's just okay. I've figured out that if it's a yellow-y color, the mixture is off and it just tastes like mustard powder. Look for it to be brown and it'll be nice and tasty. I use it on eggs, in soups, casseroles, sauces... It really gives that missing flavor that you just can't name. No need to add salt if using this.
