    New packaging is terrible!

    The old packaging and product used to be great and it used to be on the list of items that I had to buy at Target. That list has gotten shorter and shorter in the last few years and this was in the final list of three. Well in an effort to cut costs they have switched out the packaging, and the cylinder basically collapses at any amount of pressure now, even me just trying to grab it off the shelf makes it explode. It's now on the official do not by list. Maybe they thought no one would notice. Well I do, and it's terrible.

    Terrible new packaging

    The oatmeal is just fine, but Target recently changed the packaging on this item to a flimsy cardboard container that doesn’t have enough structure to keep the lid on. Please go back to the old container. This one is the worst.

    A mess

    oatmeal containers DO NOT hold up to the way they are packed for delivery. The round container was packed along the edge of packing box with no packing material to fill spaces left by neighboring cracker boxes. The oat container was crushed and rolled oats filled the packing box, spilled eveywhere when we opened shipping box. This happened once with a large oat container so we switched to small. It DID NOT help. Only sturdier packaging or better packing by Target can help.

    y'all really couldn't give us a reusable lid? the 18oz package of oats has a reusable lid, even though 18oz of oats is not a ridiculous amount of oats to have to find storage for while you're just trying to cook breakfast. 42oz however, is a ridiculous amount of oats to have to figure out how to store on the fly.
