    Zero. This company I tried few and they all like just coconut its so strong too. I don't taste any of the flavors as the title. Just tastes like 100lbs of coconut sugar it gross.

My favorite is the Vanilla Almond Butter Nut Granola. It is an unusual granola because oats are not one of the ingredients. It's a great snack alone or added to yogurt.

    I put this on plain Greek yogurt and it’s very good! It’s not overly sweet or flavorful and not too crunchy. Oddly enough, I feel like it tastes like Texas Roadhouse cinnamon butter. It also doesn’t really get soggy if you’re a slow eater like me!

    I am obsessed!

    My daughter told me about Purely Elizabeth and today I tried the vanilla almond butter granola. when I opened the bag the smell was just tantalizing. I just had my first bowl and I’m hooked. I’ve been avoiding cereal for quite some time because most cereal has empty calories. I try to eat organic if possible and avoid seed oils so this really is going to fill a gap in my diet.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried vanilla almond butter and banana nut butter. Both taste great! But 18 net carbs in 1 cup is not keto friendly. If they cut the sugar and used monk fruit, erythritol or allulose it would be much easier to justify on a keto diet. Want to love but this holds me back!
