I always shop in store and online. This was the worst online shopping experience I've had. The package said for two days it was going to arrive and no updates on the tracking. When I called customer service, I could barely understand the representative, English is not her first language or even second. After asking her multiple times to repeat her her explanation she told me to wait another day and if it doesn't arrive to give them a call back. I told her why do I need to be chasing this order? If it said it was going to arrive two days prior. It was just a mess. Ultimately, she re-ordered the dog food to have it delivered the next day. Which she should've initially offered instead of telling me to wait another day and call back. This was so disappointing. I will start looking for alternatives for my online shopping due to this awful experience.

This is the best dog food! I wish I would have found this earlier when my Rottweiler was alive. Rachel Ray came out with nourish and I thought that would be a great dog food and I think it ended up killing my dog. Don't buy that one. By this one!

I have bought this food a couple of times and I have asked Target repeatedly why they don't offer the smaller bag to no avail. If you have a smaller dog this large bag lasts over 6 months and I would prefer a smaller bag so the product is fresher and easier to store.

We have been purchasing this dog food for a couple years now for all of our dogs. It has been the BEST dog food we have ever bought for our dogs. Their skin and hair immediately started looking more shiny and healthy when we started them initially on this food. The quality outbeats all of the other "healthy" brands available. Super dissapointed that our nearest Target stopped selling it in store for pickup however.

Fed my dog this for a long time. Then all of a sudden it started to give him extreme diarrhea. Not sure if they changed the formula but Had to switch to a bland diet which seemed to fix the issue. Will be switching to another brand.

I’ve been buying Gentle Giants dog food from Target for a long time. It’s use to be shipped in a box! Now it’s shipped without a box so it always comes with tape on it showing that it was ripped! I’m definitely losing some of the dog food and it’s not sanitary!!! There’s also been a couple of times where my bag has been lost and I’ve had to call Target for them to re-ship a replacement!!! Not cool at all Target! I’m not sure why they stopped shipping g it in a box but it’s definitely made the shipping crap! I’m thinking of just buying it elsewhere.
